At the playground we have began pouring concrete Although it would not make sense to us the school wants concrete as the base for the playground due to the rain and poor drainage the grass does not allow for year round use.
In 2008 we returned to Vietnam as a family with our son Liam who was born outside Rach Gia in Kien Giang Province. I will be going it alone this year on the 2010 Aid Expedition to a country and a people that have given me so much in my son. Our family believes that we can make positive change even it's one child at a time. Although I know it has been a difficult couple of years the need for help never ends.
